Pete walked into Lindsays apartment holding hands with her. They were both still conufsed as hell on what just happened. "Lets go sit." He said to her wanting them both to stay away from the drinks and such. Pete sat on the couch and waited for Lindsay. He layed is head on the back of the couch and covered his face. "How could have this happened? Why was i so fu**ing stupid..." Pete kept playing in his head over and over. Now he was worried about something else. Him and Lindsay had to have unprotected sex. And that was floating over his head.

Lindsay held onto Pete's hand tight. When they approached the couch, she sta down next to him. "Wow. We are such fu**ing idiots." she said aloud. She really needed tyloneol. And a whole bottle of tequila or something or other that had alcohol in it. Not because she wanted rid of the headache. Which she did. but becuase she always drank when she was stressed out. But she resisted. Not wanting a repeat of last night. Lindsay put her face in her handss again and began to cry...again.

"I know..." Pete said, they really were last night. The had so many oprtonities to do it when they were ready. But they made it seem like a rock drinking a drug fest. "Lindsay... do you think... you know... get one of those test?" He felt so embarssed saying it. But he wanted to know so this cloud would blow over.

Lindsay looked at him. "Yeah. I will. I don't have any on me because I always thought that it would be protected when I finally decided to 'do it' with someone." she said with a sigh. Lindsay looked at him sobbing a bit, "Pete? What if.....it. What if its. What if it turns out. That I'm....pregnant?" she asked. It took her so long to say the word. If she was, it would kill her. But they had to prepare for the worse.

Pete heard her comment, and looked at her. "Um... wow." He said, he got up and started talking. He went for his bag. "I don't know... I mean, yeah. Well... um... if it does. Then, um. Yeah." Pete said looking through his bag, not for anything important, maybe to scream in. "I never really thought about it. Though i didint have time to think about it last night." He said tossing his bag on the floor. "God, its just weird." He said. Pete was offisaly freaking out. "fu**... I left it at Angels." He said both hands on his head. "Lindsay, you should just go get one... the wuicker we find out the faster we just let it happen." He said.

"Pete calm down! You're making me so nervous and stressed out!" she yelled. She wasn't mad at him. Just mad at herself. and at what they did. And the suspense of not knowing how this was going to turn out. "Can we just please figure out what we're going to do either way? Please?"

"Yeas, we can!" He said back to her walking over to her. "What the hell would we do? I mean look at us..." The thing is, it wasn't a mean thing to say, it was true. If she was pregnant, there was no way in hell he wanted to introduce someone to the world like this. No one deserved that. "I can't even think straight..." He said sitting there looking at her.

Lindsay just started to cry. "Please! Calm down! I can't take this!" she said. She was in major stress out mode right now. She ran into the bathroom and locked the door. She continue to cry. She got up and began to look in the cabinet for the tylenol. What she found was soemthing they really needed right now. She took a deep breath and picked up the pregnancy test. She unlocked the door. She walked and stood in front of Pete. She held the test where he could see it. "Pete. Look. Before I take this, we need to sort this out." she said calmly. More calmly then a lot of people would be.

"Fine... fine." Pete said looking at her. He felt like he was five agian. "Lindsay... I sdon't even know what to say. I mean, if you are... Im not going to leave you or anything." He said looking at her, he wouldent. He would be a mess but the last thing he would do is leave.

Lindsay sat down beside him. "Pete. I dn't know what the fu** I'm gunna do if I am." she said quietly. Just stuck in her own thoughts. "I mean, I'm not prepared at all." she said. "Should I just take it, and we'll see how it turns out?" she asked. She was so stressed. She never thought she would have to take one of these tests for another 10 years or what not. She looked at Pete. Just wanting an answer.

"Yeah go do it." He said nodding in a mist of fear. He never really thought about a kid, when he himself was a kid. Pete could hardly take care of himself, and now she might be pregnant. He watched her go into the bathroom and he put his head in his hands.

Lindsay shut the door. She followed the instructions on the back of the box. Finally. The results. Lindsay looked at them. She immediatley dropped it, fell to her knees and started to cry. She began to curse under her breath. "Pete?" she called through tears. She wobbled to her feet. She opened the door and walked over to Pete. Her face was all wet. Mascara was all over her face and her shirt. "Pete, what the fu** are we going to do?" she asked through tears. She fell to the floor again. She just sat there crying. Not knowing what else to do.

Pete stood up right after she came out. Pete just looked at her shacking his head. "No... no no no... that cant be right." He said both hands on his head. Pete was in shock, who wouldn't be? How could he be so dumb as to put her thought this. Pete just wanted the weak way out right there and then. Drugs, Drinking. Anything at the moment would have made him happy. "Lindsay... holy shit." He said not really having anything to say. This is something life never prepares you for. Having a kid at 16. "fu**." He said going to his bag again. "No... no no no, its not right." He said, sain Pete was gone.

"We really fu**ed up this time." she said with a smirk, although tears were still running down her face. A frown reappeared. "What now?" she asked, although she really didn't want to know the answer. She only wished she could turn back time. "Why the hell did we have to fu** up?" she asked again. "This stuff isn't supposed to happen. No. This isn't happening. It just can't be. fu**. I can't believe this." she said, now a bit angry.

Pete looked at her. "No the test Is wonrg, I am positive it is wrong Lindsay." He said. Some odd feeling in him. "I don't know what we do... how do we take care of a kid when we let go of ourselfs like this?" He said sitting down.
