Lindsay was seated on a couch with a book in her hand. The second book of Inyuasha(sp?) for that matter. She flipped through the pages rather quickly. She was a fast reader and this was a mere comic type book. She finished it and went for number three. She sat down and searched through the many anime books finding the 3rd and sitting back down.

Chassidy walked, no, strutted really, into the store. She couldn't help comparing everything to her previous homes. It was an old habit of hers and she couldn't seem to get rid of it. She knew she should just try to like the place or somthing. Somehow, she couldn't bring herself to do that though. She knew it was only a matter of time before her father got transferred again. Maybe if she grew to like this town enough she would stay here. She realized that it was probably best to stay with her family for right now. She didn't want to leave her little sister anyways.
She sighed softly as she looked down the rows. Her eyes then saw someone from school. Chassidy recognized her as Lindsay Kelley, a drama geek. She wasn't sure if she should go talk to her or not. She normally didn't talk to anyone who wasn't in the same social status as her. She decided she might as well, so she wouldn't be bored anymore. She walked down the aisle towards the girl.
Hello.

Lindsay was so into her book that when she heard the word 'hello' she jumped a bit. A hottie? "Umm, hi?" she said in more of question form than statement. She looked her up and down. Yes, she was a hottie. Now why in the world was she in here talking to her? She gave her an unsure smile and turned back to her book. What was she supposed to do? Talk back? She sighed and stood up and headed to get the CD she'd been looking for.

She leaned against a book rack casually. She raised a brow at the girl's reaction. She knew it would be to something of this effect. She watched as she walked away. What was she supposed to do now? Go after or her or something? She waited there a minute, deciding. She decided she would just talk to her from this distacne. She didn't want to seem desperate and chase after her.
You're a Senior, right?
Of course, Chassidy already knew that she was and she already knew quite a bit about her. It was amazing what being a Hottie could do for you.

Okay, so this girl wasn't making fun of her. And she seemed to be pretty nice. She responded, "Yes, I am. Aren't you too?" She then payed attention. Better to be polite then rude. She let out an invoulentary yawn and played with her black jelly bracelets. If this chick was only talking to her to make fun of her, she was positive she would beat the living daylights out of her. Wait, what was a hottie doing in the Drama geeks territory? Hmm, something to think on.
