Lindsay slid into one of the doors quietly, making sure that she wouldn't be heard. She shouldn't have been there considering math class was going on, but she usually skipped out on that because, a. she didn't like the teacher and b. she was already passing with flying colors. Lindsay quietly walked up on stage and went into a corner in the very back. She turned on a little stage prop light and grabbed a peice of paper and a pen from her book bag. So far so good. There wasn't anyone in here. If people came though, she had a clue where she would probably hide though. Shew sighed and began to write up another script without a title, praying that no one entered.

Cintia slipped into the Auditorium, hoping no one had spotted her. She was skipping History seeing as how she already knew everything in the class and was passing with flying colours, as well. She saw a prop light on out of the corner of her eye and she turned, her emerald green eyes shining as the dim light cast down upon her. Her long fiery red hair was flowing out over her shoulders and she smiled as she made her way to the stage, being as quiet as possible, which was pretty easy for her considering she was so small and petite. She saw one of her best friends, Lindsay, up on stage writing. She smirked and pulled out her black notebook, which held all of her writings, and carried it under her arm as she made her way onto the stage towards Lindsay. "Hey Linds." She said with a smile.

Lindsay looked up in complete shock and she could feel the color drowning out of her face. "Oh my gosh." she whispered. "Sorry, I thought you were a teacher." she said, now smiling as the blood rushed back to her face and it gave her cheeks a light pink tint. "Whats up?" she asked patting the floor next to her so she could sit. At least she would be in good company if she happened to get caught, she thought to herself. "What lies in the pages of you book there?" she said nodding toward the notebook under her arm.

"Oh my gosh. Sorry, I thought you were a teacher."
Cintia grinned and shook her head in amusement. "Nah, a teacher wouldn't just come into the Auditorium, now would they?" She asked with a small smile as she looked at her best friend. She sighed and took a seat as she saw Lindsay motioning for her to sit next to her.
"Whats up?"
"Nothing much." She said with a simple shrug of her shoulders. "Still trying to adjust to the American lifestyle." She said, her strong British accent seeming to reverberate around the dimly lit and oddly empty auditorium.
"What lies in the pages of you book there?"
"Eh, just my poems and random thoughts." She said, shrugging again. "I love writing, as you know, and I usually write my poems and such in here." She said, now refering to her black notebook, which she carried around everywhere just in case she got a spurt of inspiration randomly or something.

"Good point. A teacher probably wouldn't. but a tattletale student might." she said with a small laugh. "Ahh. Poetry has got to be the best form of literature. As well as one of the oldest." she said. "I'm more of a song writer though. But in a way, its poetry. Just in lyrical. Probably why I like poetry." Lindsay smiled at her. "So is America way cool or way drab?" she questioned.

"Good point. A teacher probably wouldn't. but a tattletale student might."
Cintia laughed and nodded, smiling at Lindsay. What Lindsay said was true. Back in England, there tended to be alot of students who would tattletale on other students just to get on the teacher's good side. Pretty pathetic, if you asked her. But that was in the past. She sighed and shrugged to herself.
"Ahh. Poetry has got to be the best form of literature. As well as one of the oldest. I'm more of a song writer though. But in a way, its poetry. Just in lyrical. Probably why I like poetry."
She smiled and nodded. "Yeah. I love poetry. It's alot of fun to write and you don't really have to use your brain to come up with one. See, look." She said, now opening her black notebook to a certain page, where a couplet was scribbled in Cintia's neat and tidy scrawl:
Chewing gum I hate the most Chewing gum is really gross
She smirked and closed her notebook. Not one of her best, but hey, what do you expect? An oscar winning poem? Wait, they don't do that here in America. Oscars are for actors, aren't they?, she thought, a confused look passing across her features.
"So is America way cool or way drab?"
Cintia shrugged and smiled. "America's pretty cool but it's hard to get used to the schedule and the lingo of how everyone talks." She said smirking as she remembered how Jacob had told her if she needed help to give him a ring and she had been confused as to what that meant. He told her a minute later though that it meant to call him and boy had she felt like an idiot.

"Yeah, rhyming is really easy though." she said. Seeing a confused look on her face she gave her and akward smile. "What you thinking about?" she asked after she showed her a couplet. "Ahh, here in America we use a lot of slang and stuff. But everyone is pretty much used to it for the most part. I used to live in NYC so I would know. They're all gangsters down there." she said. She opened her own book a little and then closed it again, mindlessy doing that over and over again. Sort of a habit she supposed. She felt bad for Cintia. It must be hard coming from a completely different country.

"Yeah, rhyming is really easy though."
Cintia nodded and smiled. Rhyming truely was easy and you didn't really need to think, as she proved to Lindsay only a few moments before. She smirked and sighed.
"What you thinking about?"
"Oscars are for actors, aren't they?" She asked curiously, looking over at Lindsay. Lindsay would know considering she was a drama geek. Cintia loved acting and everything, but she wasn't a geek when it came down to it.
"Ahh, here in America we use a lot of slang and stuff. But everyone is pretty much used to it for the most part. I used to live in NYC so I would know. They're all gangsters down there."
"Yeah I've noticed." Cintia said with a small smile as she ran her fingers through her hair. A habit she had developed over the years. Not sure where she had gotten it from, though.

"Yes, Oscars are for actors. Are they for something other in England?" she asked, curious about the different place. She hadn't been to any other countrys. Never would probably. She wasn't one for traveling. She the whole thing of getting on planes, etc. Probably because whenever she had been on a plane before, it always took her to some crappy, abusive foster home. That was definitly the reason. She had a tough childhood. Ahh, she could be inspiration for her own story. She thought about it, but then turned back to Cintia, smiling and ignoring her story all together. It would probably make her cry as she wrote it. She shrugged it off in her head. "Did you meet any new people around?" she asked.
