Studies show that overweight women generally have slightly lower hygiene than regular-weighted ones. And, such a large population is heavy. So that's what showers are for.
Raquella had already shedded her gym clothes and hopped into the shower. Hell, it made her feel skuzzier and worse than being sweaty. The change room was a dirty, moldy place. And she was not a fan of bacteria. She casually strolled out of the hot water, not ashamed of her body in the least. She knew she was good looking, so what else mattered? The only time she minded people looking at her was....well, never. She covered herself with a white towel she brought from home and took out her ornate print bag that had her clothing in it.

Ashton hated locker rooms. They were disgusting. She wrinkled her nose as she had a quick rinse under the shower, then threw her towel over her quickly. Ashton hated people looking at her body ... especially when she was naked. Last year, her and her friend would walk around the locker room naked, and when people would stare, they'd scream out, "LEZZO!!" really loudly. But now, that was mean. She'd dumped her hottie ways for a nicer individual.
Ashton grabbed her bra, putting it on, and walking over to the furtherest corner of the change room. She glanced left at the prety girl next to her ... who, didn't seem at all embarrassed. "God, I hate this part," she grumbled half to herself, half to the girl next to her.

"I have slowly gotten used to it." She said in her whispery sort of voice. "I used to be extremely scared in middle school when I had to change. There was one girl who kept looking at me funny whenever I changed in the corner. So I flashed my breasts at her." Story time with Raquella was never a dull moment.
She clipped her strapless bra on and quickly pulled her minidress-tanktop over her head. Half the job done.

Ashton laughed. God, thid girl was funny. And she'd barely even opened her mouth! Ashton smirked. "Probably a l-e-sbian!" she sang in a sing songy voice. Shit. What was with Ashton and lesbians today?? it wasn't like she had anything agaisnt them ... Ashton picked up her pink singlet top and pulled it over her head. "Ehhhh .... you new?"

"No, I've been around." She pulled on her dark blue jeans and grabbed her burgundy V-neck sweater. Of course, Raquella's weight was mostly in accessories. She picked up a handful of elaborate gold bangles, stuck them on the left hand, and picked up her gold silk scarf to begin on her hair. Getting dressed was always quite the adventure.
"How long have you been here?" She decided to exchange question with question to keep the conversation bright.

"How long have you been here?"
Ashton made a face. "Old news ...." she said, her voice light and breezy. Ashton pulled on her denim mini, and put on her favourite accessory, a pink and black chunky necklace. She then glanced back at the girl, gaing, "Since my freshman year, basically." Sadly. She fixed up her hair, tying it back in a messy pontyail, with pieces falling in her eyes.

"By the way, have you noticed all the kids in the drama club?" Raquella had never seen so many people who had 'drama as their life'. It was kind of creepy, to her, anyways. She hated it when a school had a very huge team of something. Be it rugby, soccer, football...hockey.
"What class do you have next?"

Ashton laughed. "Yeah ... its weird. Last year there was no where near as many people in it!" But still, the people in the drama club were pretty cool. She was friends with quite a few of them. Rather them then some plastic hotties! Even though Ashton used to be one of them ... "Next? Oh, um, English I think." She said, not quite sure.

"I'd never be an actress. I would love changing roles but I get into my own life enough." She was adjusting her hair and making sure all of her clothing and accessories were in her bag. Hell, that jewelery was worth...um, a lot of money, and she didn't need to lose any. People were always confused about why she wore real diamonds or saltwater pearls to school. But, they just didn't understand her love for luxury.
"English? I have English as well." Funny coincidence.
