Dance to this beat.....
Why am I here again? That was exactly what Lindsay was asking herself as she sat at a table and sighed. No one that she really knew was there, but there were random kids scattered around. Most of them had snuck in. She looked down at her glass of water. She would have had a drink if they had any good ones. Of course, a night club like this didn't. It was kind of Bleh actually. But she only came for the good music. Not the dancing.

Being as it was one of the few days Tyler wasn't preoccupied with either a play he was in, writing or wanted to see, he'd decided to hit the town. He had no idea why, but the mood had suddenly overtaken him. He was sure he wasn't going to get any girls--one reference to great literature left most of them wondering what the hell he was talking about, and Tyler did that in conversation quite often. He was basically just out for the sake of being out, and he had no real objective as he entered the club.
Taking off his purple tinted aviators, he subconsciously rubbed the back of his neck as he glanced out across the sea of bodies that had gathered here. His nose crinkled slightly; he hated crowds, or at least being in them. Biting his lower lip gently his bright blue eyes scanned the people who were merely sitting around, and his gaze landed on a familiar figure. He grinned before walking over to her, his hands jammed into his back pockets.
"How is it that you're alone here, Linds?" he asked her with a raised eyebrow. "Or have you just frightened all the men away somehow or another?"

Lindsay looked up, only to see Tyler. "Ahh, but it seems that the most handsome guy at the whole club hasn't been scared away yet." she said smiling up to him. Aha. Company. What a pleasure. She patted the seat next to her for him to sit in. "Care to join me in my quest to do nothing?" she asked him with a small laugh. The music wasn't too loud where she was sitting. It was actually a perfect volume for chit chat. Especially for such a night club. She took another sip of her water and smiled again. "What brings you to this nightclub at this particular time on this particular day?" she ventured.

Tyler's happy, mischievious and ever-present grinned widened and he raised his eyebrows at her. "Flattery will get you nowhere, my dear," he told her, his British accent becoming suddenly quite posh and polished. "It's for the lower beings of life."
He took the seat she'd offered, dropping the charade and mussing up his sandy colored hair. Tyler set his aviators on the table, straightening out his fitted Rolling Stones t-shirt and putting his legs up on an extra chair across the table. Wiggling his toes inside his converse, he looked over to Lindsay and shrugged.
"Well, it is a nightclub," he said with a raised eyebrow. "And it is night. And seeing as I'm not in any plays at the moment and I'm not in the mood to see Hamlet right now--far too depressing for today--I figured, what the hell."

"Oh good. You have fully answered my question." she said with a mysterious smile. She looked down at her own outfit when Tyler looked down at his. She wore a plain black t-shirt and a pair of jeans with tons of pockets. A black belt with mini diamonds on it clung to her small waist and a pinstripe jacket, a skull chocker and a pair of pink and silver boots completed the look. She looked back up to Tyler. Noticing he had put his feet up, she rolled her eyes a bit. Just like him to do that.

He shrugged his shoulders, shooting her a grin and mussing with his hair again. "What can I say?" he sighed, grinning lazily. "I'm amazing. That's all there is to it."
Laughing at his own mock-arrogance, Tyler glanced at her as she looked at her outfit. Sometimes he wanted her to wear something a little less "Look At Me The Wrong Way And I'll Attack You," but he guessed that was just Lindsay. Besides, occasionally--like now--she looked cute in her crazy get-ups and what not.
"Cute outfit," he said, realizing he sounded completely homosexual but not caring. After all, he was only fifty percent straight, anyway.

"Heh- thanks. What does this outfit say to you?" she asked curiously. In her opinion, it read 'I don't take crap from anyone, that is including you.' She also mostly liked to dress her character too. Like for plays and stuff. Every drama practice, she'd be in her character's outfit, or at least one close to it. She tapped her pink and silver boots on the floor a bit, before noticing yet another habit developing and stopping quickly. Her hair was up in a sloppy bun and she decided she had enough of it. She snapped the scrunchie off and pulled it out of her hair. She shook it a bit. Blonde was definitly her favorite hair color.

He put his hand to his chest as she let her hair down, his jaw dropping in mock-shock. "Be still my beating heart," he whispered dramatically. "She's already doing the blonde hair-toss. Gorgeous, but a little bit pretensious."
Grinning, Tyler dropped his hand before leaning back in his hair, scratching at his ear for a moment. His blue eyes scanned her outfit--not to mention her figure; after all, he was a boy. After a moment he stroked his chin thoughtfully, parting his lips to answer her.
"It says, 'I'M A GONNA EAT YOU.' In a non-sexual way, of course. Very 'bite me'-esque."

"Really?" she said raising an eyebrow. She looked at her outfit again, her hair flipping into her eyes. "So tell me all knowing one, how could I make it look like 'bite me' in a sexual kind of state?" she said smirking. She was just kidding. She wanted to see what he would have to say about that one. She knew it would be funny wheter meant to or not.

"Oooh...dirty," Tyler said with a laugh, bringing his hand to cover his mouth and widening his eyes. "So riskay, Lindsay. I didn't know when that sex kitten in you would leap out."
Laughing again, Tyler stroked his chin once more, looking at her thoughtfully. "Weeeell..." he began, dragging out the 'e' obnoxiously, "you could wear fishnets. They're really sexy, and you've got the legs for them."

"Fishnets, eh?" she said, trying not to crack up. "Sex kitten? In me. Yeah right." Lindsay leaned back in her chair and purred a little and then began to laugh, "I suppose there is a little kitten in me." Lindsay took another sip of her water and swallowed. The coldness going down her throat felt nice. "Unfortunately for you, I don't believe I have any fish nets."

Tyler snapped his fingers, pouting slightly, his expressive blue eyes conveying an overdramatic dissappointment. "No fishnets?" he repeated, half-stunned and half-whimpering. "Damn. I figured you'd have at least one pair."
He grinned, sticking his tongue out at her. "I'll just have to take you shopping," he said, the homosexual side of him coming up, as it always did when fashion was concerned. "Black fishnets, maybe some purple ones. They say, I'm edgy, but I like to kiss boys."

Lindsay only giggled again. "Shopping? I suppose. But when shall we shop?" she asked. She brushed her hair behind her ears as another of her favorite songs was truned on by the DJ.
Kiss her, kiss her. I set my clocks early.....
Ahh, Fallout Boy. Gotta love em'. She looked over at Tyler. Wow, he was good at that whole whimpering and puppy dog face kind of stuff. She smiled at him and then leaned her head back, enjoying the pleasent music filling her ears.
