Certainly this was not the way any teenage male would like to do on an Saturday afternoon. Having been asked by his parents to take care of his little sister Sophia for the afternoon while they had things to take care of, it was more the annoyance of his sister that brought him out here. Having parked his truck in the nearest parking space he helped his five year old sister out of the truck before taking her hand and walking across the street. Why he spoiled his sister was a mystery to even himself.
"I hope you enjoy the movie Soph, cause after this I'm taking you home and heading out on my own" Lance said to his sister while knowing he was just going to drop her off back at home and head out on his own. "I'm sure I will enjoy it" was all Sophia responded back to him. Lance finally reached the theatre and wondered what to take his sister to. He wasn't one to keep track of kid friendly movies these days. "Any ideas?" Lance mumbled out while just hoping his sister would pick something soon. Of course he couldn't help but wonder if anyone else he might of known was around here as well.

Dani wasn't sure why she was going to see a movie she had at first hoped that she'd see something else to do as she drove but the the theater was all she saw and well if she wasn't careful her car was going to end up on the side of the road right then she so wanted to sink down and die since though it was a nice looking sports car it had been her moms and well her mother wasn't know for treating car's the best but it was a car and her first to speak of so she didn't fuss like normal.
She parked the car as close as she could get it and got out once again why had she chosen this place she didn't have a clue what was even cool to see but she continued on anyways..
Dani walked up to the ticket booth area and noticed that a friend of hers was there he looked like he didn't know what to chose to see well atleast someone else didn't either and not just her she took notice that he was there with his sister well that's a big reason why he couldn't chose guys normaly didn't have ideas about kid friendly movies at all but her babysitting job had shown her what to pick for that atleast.."No clue what to pick..am I right" she said with a grin

Hearing a voice that rang softly into his head, Lance thought he heard a familiar voice to him so he turned his head around to see how spoke to him. Having those piercing blues gaze around they locked toward a familiar face in the crowd. A soft smile curled along his lips before he spoke. "Your right about that" LAnce said in return. In truth he was trying to get his sister to chose a movie so that atleast she'd can say she went to a movie that she wanted to see but he figured if her choice wasn't made that he'd have to chose one.
"Any suggestions?" Lance asked Dani while knowing that the major age gap between his sister and himself didn't help him at all. Looking to see if Sophia had chosen a movie he saw the look of puzzlement on her face. Grinning slightly he turned his attention back to Dani. "So how's everything today?" Lance asked out of the blue while striking a conversation with her.

Dani looked at the choices playing right then "Well I'd suggest either Over the Hedge or Wallace and Gromit though I've seen the later a million times when I had to bring my babysitting jobs to see something and they picked that one" she said with a grin.
She grinned "Nothing more than the normal you know called all of my friends..they bailed on me so I drove around in death trap car to find something to do and found this place once again" she said with a slight laugh.

"Well thanks for the help. I'm sure if I was deciding we'd still be out here after the movie was done" Lance said with a small laugh. In truth he wasn't into pciking a good child's movie but was sure that Sophia would pick something that would be good for her to enjoy.
"Not fun when friends bail on friends. What's wrong with your car, maybe I can take a look at it later to check it out to see if I can solve the problem. If you really have nothing else to do, maybe you wanna join the two of us since it would be nice to converse with someone who ain't 13 years younger than myself" Lance replied back to Dani.

She sighed "I'm used to my friends bailing on me all the time the popular group isn't always the most reliable" she said in all actuality she sometimes prefered that they bailed on her it gave her time to think even if she was bored.
"Oh the host of problems with my car" she said with a laugh "It's prone to cutting off right when I'm in a hurry or not really in the mood to push it" she said with a grin "I'd love to join you and conversation with someone older would be grand too" she said to him with a smile.

"Hmm...never really been part of the popular crowd so I wouldn't know a whole lot about it. But in truth only a true friend wouldn't bail on a friend" Lance said to her while looking down at his siter just to see that she was still looking at her choices. It was just good to actually have a conversation without having someone tugging on his shirt like his sister has done before.
"We'll my father runs a car dealership and back home our car garage is full of great useful tools so if you'd like just bring our car around and I can probably take a look at it to see if I can fix the problem" Lance offered his help while a soft smile appeared on his lips. "That's good I think a conversation and company of someone older will be great" Lance replied back with another smile on his face.
